About Credit/Debit Card

The card networks and other methods actually offered for an order are displayed in checkout. Choose a method you are authorized to use and complete the issuer’s or payment provider’s checks. We do not guarantee acceptance of a network or payment option absent from that checkout.

Amounts and currency

Settlement takes place in USD. Before authorizing a payment, review item prices, any discounts and the final shipping and tax figures. Standard Shipping is free for US orders. Taxes are collected in accordance with applicable law, so free shipping must not be interpreted as a tax-free purchase.

Handling payment information safely

Shopify checkout and the enabled payment services handle transaction details. Never send complete card numbers, security codes, bank login details or account passwords to customer support. A declined transaction may require assistance from the issuer or provider. We can investigate order-related billing questions using an order reference and a non-sensitive description.

Refunds linked to purchases

Approved return refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt, inspection and approval of the return. A financial institution may have a separate posting delay. Eligibility and the return arrangements are set out in our Refund Policy.
