US orders and the delivery charge

We ship to United States addresses only. All orders delivered within the US receive free Standard Shipping, with no purchase minimum. This shipping provision does not exempt an order from taxes that must be collected under applicable law.

Preparation followed by transit

Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days. The estimated shipping period after dispatch is 4–6 business days. Neither weekends nor US federal holidays count toward these periods. They describe two separate steps and do not constitute a guaranteed arrival date; weather or carrier disruptions may affect delivery.

Shipment updates

Your order email is used to provide tracking information after shipment. A carrier may need time to register the initial scan. Retain the tracking reference and use it when asking us to look into an unexpected delay or a parcel that has not arrived.

Address changes and delivery assistance

Notify us immediately if the destination address is incorrect. We will assess the available options, but cannot promise a successful correction once the parcel has shipped. Contact the merchant for lost or damaged parcels, delivery to the wrong address, missing contents or incorrect goods. Include purchase and tracking information, with photographs when relevant, so we can investigate and explain the available resolution.
